1st Course Oysters RyePA
Blue point oysters topped with Mikes RyePA cheese sauce, crispy pork, and arugula, finished with pecorino parmesan curls.

2nd Course Grilled Leek Salad
Grilled Leeks served with smoked and spiced pine nuts, shaved red onions, grapefruit segments, Carr Valley Billy Bleu cheese, Grapefruit hefeweizen vinaigrette.

3rd Course Helles Butter Poached Halibut
Fresh Halibut poached in Helles Lager and butter served with wilted spinach, roasted corn, pancetta, white bean puree and saffron corn beurre blanc.

4th Course Roasted Lamb Chop
Dunkel marinated rack of venison served with rainbow chard, Yukon gold potato and pearl onion dumpling, topped with Dunkel Venison jus and pickled radishes.
