View moreFrom October 20 through November 11, the UWM Union Art Gallery hosts an exhibition in honor of undergraduate Art & Design students of UWM’s Peck School of the Arts who received scholarships, awards, and fellowships for the 2016-2017 school year. This exhibition is free and open to the public. Opening reception will be held on Thursday, October 20 from 5-8 PM.
Crossing Over 2016’s participating students entered work last spring in a program wide competition that was juried by faculty members. The jurors granted scholarships and awards to students who showed progress and success in the Art & Design Program.
For this exhibition, awardees will display two to three of their finest pieces that have been chosen in consultation with a faculty member. Several dozen undergraduate artists will display their work in a wide range of mediums and subjects. Join us in supporting our fine developing professionals and celebrating all of their hard work.
