Milwaukee Public Museum Summer Camp: Insects Alive!

How does a millipede defend itself in nature? Why are walking sticks so hard to find? How many body parts does a grasshopper have? These are all questions we will answer in the Milwaukee Public Museum's popular insect camp. We will learn about adaptations, defense, habitat and diet of creepy crawlies from around the globe. Admission Info:
$25 members, $35 non-members Registration deadline is July 11th.
Kids 6-8
Fee covers both child and adult. Parents/guardians are allowed, but not required, to join their child for these sessions. No unregistered children may attend class (this includes siblings).

Parking:
There are metered spaces available on most downtown streets. Meters are free (limit 2 hours) on weekends.
There are several municipal lots nearby. MacArthur Square parking structure is adjacent to the Museum Center and is accessible via James Lovell Street. The parking structure includes an entrance to the Museum on the ground level, eliminating the need to walk outside. Members receive discounted rates.
