The Blueburg Café at the Cedarburg Cultural Center offers “Plug and Play” Open Mic nights on the first Wednesday of each month, and will showcase musicians, singers, poets, dancers, comedians, filmmakers and story tellers. Amplification, microphones and a drum kit (bring your own sticks) will be provided.

Doors open and sign-up begins at 6:45 pm. Open Mic will start at 7:30 pm and continue until approximately 9:30pm. Performers will appear on stage on a first-come, first on-stage basis, with management reserving the right to move performances to best showcase the talent. Each performer will have approximately 15 minutes on the stage. Filmmakers must call in advance to insure proper equipment is available.

The Café’s full bar will offer drink specials, beer, wine and soft drinks. There is no cover charge.

The Blueburg Café is part of the Cedarburg Cultural Center's Talent Incubator. Beginning in September 2012, the Talent Incubator will offer an array of resources including seminars and classes designed to foster professional development for visual and performing artists, as well as a creative outlet with exhibition space and the stage of the Blueburg Café.
