    Winter Pow Wow - Indian Summer Festival

    A traditional pow wow that brings people together to dance, sing, socialize, and generally have a good time. The pow wow features an extensive marketplace where vendors offer arts and crafts, traditional foods and herbs, jewelry, books and other items for purchase.

    This year's Winter Pow Wow also features a concert the night before with Grammy winning Bill Miller, joined by The Mark Cleveland Band, Smokeytown Singers, Cody Blackbird...

    This year's Winter Pow Wow also features a concert the night before with Grammy winning Bill Miller, joined by The Mark Cleveland Band, Smokeytown Singers, Cody Blackbird and a performance by students of Niclote High School under the direction of Jamie Brace / Kindred Spirits. That's FRIDAY, MARCH 8 @ 8 PM.

    Saturday, March 9 opens with a Cultural Workshop from 10:30 am - 12:00 Noon. Students, teachers and parents are invited to participate. That night from 5:00 - 6:30 pm is the Annual Native Chick Singers featuring six Native ladies. GRAND ENTRIES ARE AT 1 PM AND 7 PM

    Sunday, Winter Pow Wow opens with a special performance featuring Aztec Dancers at 11:30 am. GRAND ENTRY IS AT 1 PM.

    $7 general admission; $5 elders 65+; Children 12 and under admitted for free.
