     Join us for the Celebrated Chefs Series 2012. This years series is themed Farm to Urban Kitchen. • Bill Doyle - Executive Chef, Hotel Intercontinental
    • Aaron Miles - Executive Sous Chef, Hotel InterContinental Farm to Urban Kitchen. Bring together great chefs with fresh, local produce and meats and you’ve got the makings of something delicious. In this unique series, our chefs will introduce you to some of the incredible organic and natural foods from local farms and create unique dishes using those ingredients. Each 1.5 hour presentation and full-course lunch is held at the Mason Street Grill Chef’s Counter, adjacent to The Pfister Hotel. ALL THINGS APPLE The venerable apple is one of the most favored fruits among chefs, particularly when they’re fresh from local orchards! Chef Doyle will demonstrate the incredible versatility of the apple in such tasty dishes as saffron Chablis poached apple stuffed with buttermilk blue cheese and candied walnuts, poached duck breast with red currant-Frangelico glaze, and caramelized balsamic apple en croute.
