If it’s not grass fed beef already, it will be. Chef Weber will discuss what true, 100% grass beef really is and do some comparison cooking with grain fed beef vs. grass fed. Recipes will include Bone in Ribeye steaks prepared on the grill, Stovetop Roast Beef (no oven needed!) and minute-seared tenderloin tartar with lemon capers and mustard sauce.
