8th Annual Guitar Festival & Youth Competition & Concert

The Latino Arts Strings Program (LASP) invites classical guitarists of all ages and enthusiasts of classical guitar music to the 8th Annual (LASP) Guitar Festival and Youth Competition.
A slate of world class judges will determine winners among submissions sought from young guitarists from near and far. The winners of the competition will perform with guest artists and guitar virtuosos, Rene Izquierdo, Alfonso Moreno, Rafael Padrón, Ivan Resendiz, and Daniela Rossi during the

For the first time, an unlimited number of viewers and participants are welcome to enjoy this event through the incredible opportunity of a virtual platform!
The festival itself is divided into three Saturdays throughout the month of February.
Saturday, February 13, 2021: Competition Video Submission Deadline
Saturday, February 20, 2021: Master Classes & Workshops
Saturday, February 27, 2021: Virtual Concert Performance

Registration is $30 and includes the option to perform in a master class and attend the workshops, along with general admission to the Virtual Awards Ceremony & Guitar Festival Concert
The Virtual Awards Ceremony & Guitar Festival Concert is open to the general public. The concert will go LIVE on the evening of February 27th at 7:00pm CST. Tickets can be purchased at the link below:
