BEN SOLLEE and SCOTT MULVAHILL

 

Ben Sollee is a Kentucky-born cellist and composer who’s continually evolving and creating. Ben Sollee’s music exhibits a mix of folk, bluegrass and R&B elements. Sollee has collaborated with My Morning Jacket, The Head and the Heart, Trampled by Turtles, Abigail Washburn, and many others.

Before he earned an NPR Tiny Desk performance in 2019, Scott Mulvahill spent a 5-year stint as the full-time bassist for Ricky Skaggs’ Grammy-winning Kentucky Thunder band. Scott spent much of 2019 and 2020, supporting Cory Wong from Vulfpeck and Lauren Daigle, introducing him to audiences at two nights at The Ryman, Anthem in DC and more.
