COST: $40 per person; half will be donated back to the Milwaukee County Historical Society (MCHS)
Space is limited | pre-registration required.
If this trip needs to be canceled due to weather or river conditions, we will notify you by phone and/or email and you can rebook for a different date or receive a full refund, whatever works best for you.
COVID-19: We continue to take the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously and have existing policies and procedures in place for this season. If we feel that this tour needs to be canceled due the pandemic, we will notify you in advance and refund your ticket. If you need to cancel for any reason, please let us know in advance (thanks!) so we can release your reservation and issue you a refund. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
WHAT TO EXPECT: We will paddle as a group. We will make stops along the way, and will stay in our kayaks the entire 2 hours while paddling. If we need to stop and get out for some reason, we can figure that out along the way.
We will turn around as time permits and do not have any planned stops on the way back to our dock. We will paddle back as a group and can chat along the way back - but we just paddle back as a group.

Dress for the weather – consider bringing a windbreaker (do not wear jeans or heavy cotton)
Camera

Towel to sit on (optional)
Paddle or biking gloves (optional)

Single person kayak (or tandem, canoe, paddleboard)
Saturday morning tours meeting and launching from Schlitz Park offers single person kayaks only
Life jacket
Paddle
Dry-bag (limited supply available)
Water, snacks and sunscreen are always on-hand
Safe and fun atmosphere
