Spices with Elizabeth Crawford

She will cover information about buying, storing, toasting and grinding spices as well as creating amazing flavor profiles in any ethnic genre from what she calls “blank canvases.” This class will emphasize how to buy the highest quality ingredients at the best prices with an emphasis on sustainability and how to create simple, delicious food to share with family and friends.

Elizabeth has been in the culinary industry for over 30 years. She said that after she began her tenure at The Spice House, her whole approach to cooking changed.
