Fall Harvest Dinner Train on East Troy RR

Your elegant dinner train experience starts with a Wisconsin cheese & sausage board, followed by a chopped salad, then features either beef bourguignon braised in red wine flavored with organic rainbow carrots, celery, mushrooms, onions and garlic OR orange rustic roughy, pan seared in fresh garden herbs, topped with a toasted walnut craisin chutney, accompanied by roasted garlic smashed potatoes and roasted farm fresh vegetables.
