Visual Sirens Panel: Cultural Histories, Resilience, & Change

Starting at 5:30pm, we will celebrate the feature exhibition Visual Sirens: Collections of Final Warnings with a reception, and then transition into a discussion panel with featured artists David Najib Kasir and Assaf Evron. Currently on view in The Space and the AIR Space at Saint Kate, Visual Sirens brings together eight artists from around the world whose work announces simultaneously the mortal plight and longevity of their cultures. The discussion panel will address the legacy of cultural traditions alongside their historical and contemporary cultural destruction. We will also consider artistic practice and invite guests to participate in the discussion. Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to get to know the artists and their work!
