Health Connections Inc. (HCI) is a primary care clinic in Milwaukee County providing comprehensive healthcare services that treat the whole person and specializes in the delivery of health care services to racial, cultural, and social groups with a history of mistreatment when accessing care in traditional health care settings.

Health Connections Inc. was started by Ericka Sinclair, MS, MPH, in 2015 to fill the gaps in the ecosystem of healthcare delivery in Milwaukee County. Health Connections Inc. intentionally focuses on providing direct clinical and non-clinical care, advocacy and community-level engagement for vulnerable populations such as the elderly, BIPOC (Black, indigenous, people of color) persons, homebound individuals, persons living with HIV/AIDS and persons identifying as LGBTQ+ - to name a few. We have an unwavering commitment to social justice and health equity for everyone. Health Connections Inc. intentionally collaborates across business sectors and community organizations to collectively achieve the goal of health care access and health equity for all.
