Kapco Park
Kapco Park opened in 2012 as a joint venture between Concordia University Wisconsin, private businesses, and community-minded individuals with a passion for serving Southeastern Wisconsin. Located on the scenic bluff campus of Concordia overlooking Lake Michigan, the state-of-the-art baseball facility serves as the home of the Lakeshore Chinooks, proud members of the Northwoods League, and Concordia Falcon Baseball and serves the local community by providing affordable family fun and big-league excitement! Kapco Park has a seating capacity of 2,020.
With a generous lead gift from Kapco Metal Stampings’ president, Jim Kacmarcik, Kapco Park’s fully synthetic turf field and modern stadium seating that includes reserved grandstand seating, general admission with bleachers, lawn seating, and a beer garden, plus three fully serviced fan decks and an outfield patio and grill area, provides local families and businesses the opportunity to enjoy baseball and community events in a stunningly beautiful location just east of I-43, easily accessible from anywhere in the Milwaukee community.
Designed as the premier collegiate baseball facility in the area, Kapco Park and Concordia University Wisconsin provide the highest quality playing experience for college athletes from throughout the nation as they compete in the prestigious Northwoods League, a summer collegiate baseball league that provides players with a strenuous schedule that closely mirrors life in minor league baseball. Professional scouts throughout Major League baseball visit Kapco Park to evaluate players in consideration for future MLB drafts.
